"It is a matter of immense pleasure for me to comment on the work undertaken by ECI in partnership with BRSP to replicate ECI's Farmers Enterprise Groups (FEG) agri-business development model in Balochistan. ECI & BRSP initiated a capacity building program that has produced miraculous results and has explored a totally new area dimension of livelihood for the rural poor in Balochistan. Under this program 15 FEGs of 20 small-landholding farmers were created in Kharan & Khuzdar districts of Balochistan. As a strategy, ECI & BRSP developed capacity of 20 community-based activists who were trained as enterprise trainers and then deployed to deliver grassroots trainings to FEGs. The project was a huge success where each FEG has now earned Rs. 140000/- net average profit against a Rs. 40,000/- grant jointly administered by ECI and BRSP.
BRSP has been very impressed with the spirit, dedication and professionalism shown by the ECI team in taking this project forward. We are keen to explore opportunities for future partnerships with ECI, and we hope to be replicating the FEG model in further districts of Balochistan. As an HRD professional, I would like to add that I have personally been very impressed with the unique and innovative training modules and methodologies that are used by ECI in different training programs."

"As the international expert supporting UNIDO's vocational training and integrated entrepreneurship program in Pakistan, I am delighted to have the opportunity to comment on the work undertaken by ECI for UNIDO in 2010. From the very first contact I found the ECI team to be professional and well organised. They listened to our needs, offered guidance and advice and subsequently designed a research project that met the organisation's needs in full. We were kept informed of progress on a regular basis and felt totally confident that the project was in safe hands. A proposed seminar was rescheduled on their advice to maximise attendance and they independently, and at their own expense, provided follow up support to delegates after completion of the project.
I have been hugely impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness and customer focused approach of ECI in designing and implementing a research and capacity building project for UNIDO in 2010. They delivered what was promised and were prepared to go "the extra mile" for the benefit of those the project sought to help."
